always a muppet makes a statement, for by danny ward, dermott is best player we ever had and has been the best for the past 5years. your a clown 22 december 20.11 17.40. great to see malcolm back, goodluck mal
Pity Dermot will not be there, great player and lives for the big games but i still think we will have enough fire power to blow Meath away, last year we just squeaked by but will be over by half time this year, on a lighter note, no spare boxers will be needed this time
Eddie Curran better Zone Man and player for Foyle, and thats within last 5 years, so 23-Dec-03:08 think before you come on half tubed in the middle of the night. Dermot is a class player, but his record on the zone doesnt reflect this.
To previous comments about best zone player i think you are deluded about your suggestions Danny Ward is best zone player best tournie player simply because of his attitude , reading the the game , talking to team mates and most of of all his intimidation on the mat lol makes people fear him half the battle ..and before anons start rippin this post to shreads how good is your record against Danny........By the way good to to see Malcolm back on the team good luck big fella go out and have a stormer..
Thats sad that someone would come on here and post that rubbish on Christmas night, you really need to get a life outside of bowls if all you are thinking about on Christmas night is bowls.
P you are welocme to start your own blog, I don't spend that much time on this blog as I expect adults to post on it and not some childish individuals with their petty arguements and name calling.
Good to see no major changes in the team after a very good performance last time out overall, the selectors are showing a bit of sense and with Malcolm back the pressure is now on
was at foyle ladies on sat and they lost by 3shots,major points in game was junes rink lost 7shots in last end and before anyone thinks im taking a dig at june i dont no junes skip, valerie took her own bowls out of head to lose 5 lynn went into a 5 shot lead and lost next few ends to get pegged back, rose went 9 nil down was a big factor altho fought bac to win easy. if any of these had not happened ladies would have won. goodluck to our men on sat,im sure we can win it
This blog is to support our team and show joint strength, all involved on Saturday played their hearts out for the team but sometimes your all might not be enough and a lot of factors decree what happens. Big effort from the ladies and now it is over to the men
Hurtful remarks against individuals aren't helpful and everybody knows that there is only one person in foyle who is capable of this, even though they have posted under anonymous we all know who this is
Who is the person? Time to have them named and shamed and if it is from a foyle player then it should not be allowed to go on, stop it now so please post the name/ names and let us deal with it
Dont worry, when Peter Lynch is available next year these types of mishaps wont happen, one of the best bowlers ever to play for foyle, and despite all his antics for NW, i believe his heart is in Foyle.
You all harped on about seeing the team, and now it's up you have no replies? Sh1 te stirers indeed.
ReplyDeleteGood Luck to the team, and have a good Christmas.
Welcome back Malcolm. Should definitely help the team.
ReplyDeleteyeah mulcolm should help the team if he is in rite frame of mind.what do use think of the teams then has selecters picked the rite teams.
ReplyDeleteWhat changes can they make, not a lot of choice out there, where is McCarron
ReplyDeleteNot available that weekend.
ReplyDeleteWhy are both McCarron's at or more to the point why are they not on the squad.
ReplyDeleteBetter off without him anyway
ReplyDeleteDermott will be missed fantastic player. Mickey needs to up his game from the last. Duffy should be on the team
ReplyDeletealways a muppet makes a statement, for by danny ward, dermott is best player we ever had and has been the best for the past 5years.

ReplyDeleteLadies its a plate game, and with danny playing in 2 years we will be a boomer playing team. Plus, the language is awful.

ReplyDeleteWhat do you mean
Paddy and Dermot McCarron have both won the singles
ReplyDeleteWere are the singles?
ReplyDeletewhat about playing a tournament supposed to be on at 800 and dont turn up to 840 i think this was scandallous and shouldnt have been able to play
ReplyDeleteEddie Curran won pairs twice when he was Foyle bowler.
ReplyDeleteCant see why Duffy a sub.Must b some players on the team to keep him out
ReplyDeleteExactly duffy is great player he should be on team ahead of the fahys. Even as a lead he would bring experience.
ReplyDeletegood luck to the foyle boys on sat

ReplyDeleteValerie took her own bowl out and only lost three shots, I was at the match and saw that, and she drew her match

ReplyDeleteMen beaten by Meath yesterday what was the scores
ReplyDeleteDont worry, when Peter Lynch is available next year these types of mishaps wont happen, one of the best bowlers ever to play for foyle, and despite all his antics for NW, i believe his heart is in Foyle.
ReplyDeleteWhat now for the zone team how do they come back from a defeat as bad as that at least we went out to a good team at Oriel.
ReplyDeletejust u worry about nw oriel was to good for use was not even close was over at half time how use come back from a defeat like that.
ReplyDeletePeter you would need to have a trumpet before you can start to blow it.
ReplyDeletelynch will make a differance but wont make a team
ReplyDeleteIf Lynch and Deeney do come back next year where and who do they play with on the zone team and who moves out in their place
ReplyDeleteLynch would be a great second fior Patton and Deeney would be a good third for McCarron
ReplyDeletei here you mite have big danny ward back for the foyle sooner than you think?
